An elegant Swedish Neoclassical Empire settee from the first quarter of the 19th century. Upholstered in muslin, this piece has splayed sides with leaf carving embellishments on the front that terminate to a solid frame. The gently scrolled legs in the front and the straight legs in the back, firmly support the generous span of this settee.
